Transit Technology Systems and Intelligent Transportation Solutions
Mason Transit Authority (MTA) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for Transit Technology Systems and Intelligent Transportation Solutions to support and enhance MTA’s fixed-route, demand-response, and agency operations. Proposers may submit proposals for individual functional components, multiple components, or a comprehensive integrated solution.
The RFP may include solutions for:
- Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD)
- Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL)
- Fixed-route and demand-response scheduling
- Run cutting and workforce management
- Driver management and mobile data terminals
- Automated voice and visual passenger information systems
- Automatic passenger counters
- Real-time passenger information and rider alerts
- Reporting, analytics, and related transit technology

Any additional clarifications, revisions, or solicitation information determined necessary by MTA will be posted to this procurement page as applicable. Proposers are responsible for monitoring this page throughout the solicitation period.
Pre-Proposal Conference
MTA does not currently anticipate holding a pre-proposal conference for this solicitation. Should MTA determine that an informational session is necessary, notice will be provided through the procurement process and made available to all interested parties.
