Be Safe. Be Seen.
November 21, 2024
SHELTON, WA-Dark and wet days make pedestrians and bicyclists less visible. Our drivers are diligently looking for riders, but we can use your help. Help ensure you get seen by:
Light Yourself up!
- Carry a flashlight or use your cell phone’s flashlight. Wave the light as the bus approaches your stop.
Wearing Bright-colored or reflective clothing.
- Drivers can’t see dark clothing in the dark. Adding reflective clothing helps drivers and helps yourself stay safe.
Add some shine to your wardrobe.
- Consider adding some flashing lights or reflectors to your backpack, bike, and/or clothing. Anything will help!
