You can now schedule and manage your Dial-a-Rides from a computer or your mobile device. Mason Transit riders now have the power of Ecolane at their fingertips. Schedule or cancel your rides, and set up text alerts to let you know when your bus is almost there to pick you up. All you need is a valid email address. Call customer service at 360-427- 5033 and tell them you want to set up the self service feature.

The possibilities are endless. Click here to schedule rides from your computer. Ecolane’s Self Service Web Booking Feature has everything you need to manage your trips. Watch the video tutorial or call customer service to learn how to use all the powerful tools this feature has to offer. From the main screen you can book a new trip, and view your past and future trips. It will also display any trips you have for the day, and your anticipated pick up time. Enter your trip details into the trip booking page and click “Book Trip”. From the trip confirmation page you can order a return trip, or select “Copy This Trip” to book the same trip for a different day.

After you download the app, set your Agency to “Mason Transit” and sign in. Your email address is your login name and enter the password that you created. Manage Your Trips Click “Upcoming Trips” or “Past Trips” at the top of your screen to see your trips. From there you can see your pick up window, make changes to your rides, or even cancel them if needed. Book a New Trip Just enter your trip information to book your trip and click “Calculate Fare”. The software will give you the closest available time to the one you requested, and of course all of your Dial-a-ride trips with Mason Transit are Fare Free. |
